Tickets for MOST events are available for sale online. All online purchases are subject to an additional $2.50 per ticket surcharge.

Internet purchase option will end at 8am the day of a scheduled event date.
Customers who purchase tickets online are strongly recommended to select the “E-Tix” option that will email your tickets directly to your inbox upon purchase. You can print your E-Tix or simply show a screenshot/photo of your E-tix and staff can use a scanning device to verify your tickets at the gate. No need to visit the Box office in advance!
Customers may also select the “Will Call/Pick Up Tickets at the Box Office” option. There is a 3 business day(s) wait to ensure your tickets are ready for pick-up; and you MUST present your printed confirmation from tix.com to receive your tickets on pick-up at the Events Centre Box Office. Customers must bring a photo ID bearing the name specified at Will Call to claim tickets Will Call is available during regular Box Office hours.
It is important to note that there can be no additions or changes to Will Call, unless an alternate pick-up name is submitted to the Box Office by the purchaser prior to the event. Only changes from the purchaser shall be honoured by the Box Office. In addition, patrons cannot pick up partial order of Will Call tickets, and leave the rest with the Box Office. The Events Centre Box Office is not responsible for the property (i.e. tickets) of the customer.
2. Charge by Phone
Tickets for all events that are on sale may be purchased by calling the Box Office during regular hours at 709.466.4105 ext 222.
**PLEASE REMEMBER: Not all shows will sell tickets ONLINE or BY PHONE. That is at the discretion of the show’s producer and/or Events Centre Management.
3. In-Person at the Box Office
Tickets for all events can purchased at the Box Office during regular hours:
Box Office Hours (Effective March 4th, 2024):
- Monday – 8:30am to 1:00pm
- Tuesday – 12:00pm to 4:00pm
- Wednesday – 8:30am to 1:00pm
- Thursday – 12:00pm to 4:00pm
- Friday – 8:30am to 1:00pm
- Saturday – Closed
- Sunday – Closed
(Note: Box Office will be open on ticketed event days. Hours may vary.)
Accepted Payment Methods
The box office accepts VISA, MasterCard, debit card, cash and cheque. Cheques must be made payable to “Town of Clarenville”. Remember, once tickets are purchased, all sales are final. There are NO refunds or exchanges.
