The Eastlink Events Centre includes a canteen where visitors can purchase a variety of hot food items as well as snacks. The canteen is open during special events such as senior hockey games, minor hockey tournaments and other such events. If you wish to book an event and have the canteen made available, please contact the Events Centre at (709) 466-4105 ext.221 to make arrangements.
The Eastlink Events Centre – Clarenville is a fully licensed recreation facility, which permits the sale of beer, wine and spirits on site.

Accessible seating is located throughout the building depending on the event and/or location of the stage. Unannounced patrons on the night of an event, who need accessible seating but did not purchase tickets in an accessible area, will be accommodated to the best of our ability.
One adjacent companion seat may be purchased. Any additional needs please contact the Eastlink Events Centre – Clarenville Box Office, 709.466.4105 ext 222.
All entrances at the EEC are accessible. There is one elevator that is conveniently located, to the right, just inside the main lobby entrances.
The arena area washrooms are located on the lower level, just to the left of the lower lobby entrance. The theatre area washrooms are located in the theatre lobby. All washroom facilities at the Eastlink Events Centre – Clarenville are wheelchair accessible.
All service animals are welcomed at the Eastlink Events Centre – Clarenville. Please notify your ticket seller at time of purchase if an aisle seat is required for your service animal.
All concession stands are at an accessible height.
Wheelchair accessible seating for guests is available at both the EEC Arena and EEC Theatre. Designated areas in the Arena, depend on the type of event, but would include seating back of Section 7. There is also a designated area on upper concourse near Section 1 that is available as requested. In the Theatre, accessible seating is designated in Row M, as well as floor seats (depending on seating configuration for the particular event).
All seats for guests with limited mobility have been selected to allow convenient entry and exit. When purchasing your tickets, please inform your ticket seller of any special needs you may have that require accommodation.

There is an ATM available in the main lobby.
Lost and Found is located in the lower corridor. Articles of obvious value are held in Box Office. Articles found during an event are kept through the next day and then are stored for 30 days. For more information, please call 709.466.4105 ext 222.
