2023 CARA Awards Ceremony!

What a great kick off to the return of the CARA Awards! 🎉

Congratulations to all winners and finalists! Thank you to everyone who submitted a nomination and to all who showed up last night to help celebrate.

Thank you to Rod Nicholl, our co-chair and the Awards committee for all the hard work that goes on behind the scenes to create a successful awards program and ceremony. Thank you to all our CARA members for representing our association with the award presentations- with a special mention to Lion’s Club President Heather Paul for her help with presenting as well. Thank you to Mayor John Pickett and Councillors Keith Fillier, Donna Maloney-Brown, and Paul Tilley for continuing to show CARA your support. Additional thanks go to Councillor Tilley for capturing the night for us.

Special thanks to Recreation Manager Brandon Reardon for helping with the more tech-related items and making sure the show went off without a hitch. Thank you Frank for looking after the sound and lights!

Keep an eye out next year for our call for nominations! We look forward to continuing to celebrate the achievements of our community members and organizations
